About the client 

Episerver connects digital commerce and digital marketing to help organisations create unique digital experiences for their customers, with measurable business results. Case studies are an important part of Episerver's marketing mix and the business wanted to create a range of case studies for its website.

The project

The Wordsmith Partnership was instructed to interview its clients, which included Cath Kidston, The Metropolitan Police and Morrisons among others, to produce case studies on their experiences using Episerver's products. These case studies would be used on its website and in its marketing activity.

The results

Highly marketable case studies showcasing Episerver's products to current and potential clients.

Halo Solutions   

 

About the client

Halo Solutions was founded by emergency service and industry professionals passionate about keeping the public safe at events. The company offers security and safety consultation, a wide range of training packages and its multi-award winning, world class event management software, Halo to venues and event organisers. Halo has been described as ‘the future of public safety’ as it intuitively integrates incident logging, action recording, decisions and rationale for what is called ‘Total Threat Resolution’ giving venues and event organisers complete control and real-time, shared situational awareness at their events. It is the most advanced and powerful C3i platform available to the events market.

The project

The Wordsmith Partnership was instructed by Halo Solutions to create a content strategy that would raise awareness of the Halo system, within the events industry. This involved crafting news-led press releases, opinion based blogs and reaching out to journalists to comment on upcoming features relative to the product.

The results

In one year The Wordsmith Partnership has achieved over 40 pieces of positive media coverage of Halo in 20 different international magazines and websites read by its key target audience all over the world. This coverage includes news stories, interviews and more in-depth feature articles.

Kent Event Centre  

 

About the client

Kent Event Centre is the largest and most flexible conference and exhibition venue in Kent hosting a vast range of events from small board meetings to exhibitions and public shows.

The project

The Wordsmith Partnership was instructed by Kent Event Centre to facilitate its PR and content strategy to raise awareness of the venue, it’s people and its initiatives among its key clients, event organisers. This included devising a solid PR strategy, crafting content in the form of blogs and press releases and liaising with journalists to get the content shared and published.

The results

The Wordsmith Partnership has worked with the Kent Event Centre for a number of years on its PR and content strategy. In 2019 we achieved 45 pieces of positive media coverage for the venue in 15 separate media outlets read by their target audience. ​

Thames Skills Academy

 

About the client 

Thames Skills Academy delivers high-quality, cost effective training to the inland waterways sector. The business wanted to redesign and re-word its website to better reflect a new younger audience. 

The project

The Wordsmith Partnership was instructed to recreate all content for the multi-page site. This included interviewing all departments to gain a deeper understanding of the business, liaising with the web designer and rewriting all website content.

The fresh new website has been well received by its audience.

About the client 

The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a unique London venue for conferences, exhibitions and special events. Having recently re-designed its website, the VSC wanted to create a range of blogs that could be shared on social media and used to drive traffic to the new site.

The project

The Wordsmith Partnership was instructed to create a blog calendar with original and relevant event industry topics that would engage with its current and prospective clients.These blogs were also written by the Wordsmith team.
